My friend and I stayed for 2 nights for a Luke Combs concert. When we first arrived we parked the car, while walking inside another guest at the hotel who was attending the same concert said her and her friend were trying to get into another hotel. When we asked why she told us her room was not clean, the were no outlets, just the wire. When we got to the desk to check in they require a $100 security deposit, which I immediately thought was weird. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that required a deposit. We also had to put a parking pass in our car, which was also something I’ve never experienced at a hotel. The man at the front desk had told us if we did not put the parking pass on the dashboard of the car it would be towed. Fortunately we got a clean room, although our room reeked of bleach, and it was very strong. Our first night, the fire alarm in our room when off just one singular time, one beep. My friend and I were absolutely scared. We looked out the hole in the door and we didn’t see anyone else coming out of their rooms. After that, and for our entire trip we were very cautious of our surroundings, not going anywhere alone. I would definitely recommend spending the extra money to stay at a different hotel. I will never come back to this hotel again, and I recommend you do the same.

Check-in was easy and quick, and the gentleman that checked us in was friendly! Got to our room and was able to relax. A/C worked great, no bugs, everything worked, had plenty of towels and shower necessities. Only stayed for a night, but was overall happy with our stay. Will stay again!!!

Room was much smaller than expected and the 2 "queen beds" were definitely only double bed size. There was a bad odor in the hallways but the room was fine. It was fairly clean but if you are a germaphobe I'd bring your own cleaning supplies and give it a once over. Honestly you get what you pay for and this room worked for the short one night stay we needed it for.

I never even got in to see the room. Upon my arrival there was a broken down homeless vehicle with blankets and people sitting on the inside. When walking into the lobby there were stains on the lobby couch. There was a security guard and a family of 6-7 that booked two rooms and ran out of the rooms to the front desk requesting a refund. One lady came down and requested toilet paper she had been waiting on for over an hour, and advised the phones in the rooms don’t work. She also said the security guard gets homeless people out from sleeping in the hallways. When checking in, another family came out and said there was mold in the bathrooms, blood stains on the sheets, dirty tables, a putrid smell and their phone wasn’t working. They requested house keeping and we’re told housekeeping was not there and to put the sheets at the counter. She requested a refund and got her things. The family of 6-7 said they found bugs, dirty sheets, it smelled horribly, and a used syringe in one of their rooms and told the person I was staying with to leave now. At first I thought the family complaining about the mold and sheet stains were being over dramatic but there were 3/4 instances of everyone complaining about the same things. They gave me a paper that had all types of potential charges ranging from smoking, lost key cards, cleanliness, and noise. The staff then told me they would have to clean the room that I wanted and I requested a refund- they told a patron there wasn’t housekeeping and then advised me they would have to clean a room. This place truly makes red roof inn next door seem like 5 stars. I left and contacted booking.com and got my refund back. I spent an extra $50 and stayed at the Hampton Inn… and that was by far the best $50 extra dollars I spent.
