Very nice room/suites. Super comfortable beds. Staff was amazing and very accommodating to our large group visiting town for a funeral. Zach Went above and beyond. Definitely would stay there again.

Please please please install security cameras on your property!!! We parked in the front of the hotel and our car was still broken into. This is two hotels put together in a less than great area of town, but yet there are no security cameras on the entire property. We stayed the night a few days before Christmas as we were driving to see family (before this, we usually stayed here maybe 8-12 times a year when we drive through). Even though it was parked in front of the hotel, our car was broken into overnight: two large car windows completely smashed out and our car gone through with a fine tooth comb, as if the thieves had been there for hours. As we were standing at our car figuring out what had been taken, a handful of other hotel guests came over to tell us that the same thing had happened to their family or friends on previous stays in the same spot. Management didn’t offer us any assistance, but instead made sure staff immediately cleaned up the broken glass on the ground around the car anytime we pulled stuff out to make it seem like it never happened. We would go to our car to get a bag and by the time we got back to our room, we could see them cleaning up glass again outside our room window. They can watch for our broken glass to fall but can’t come to us & ask if we needed help. Ridiculous. When we filed the police report, the cops told us the hotel management reported having no security camera/system at all on the property. We were flabbergasted, especially for what we thought was a decent Marriott. After dealing with the hotel, I can only think that the management doesn’t care about its customers safety or it was an inside job. For note: on the residence inn side discussed here, there are only 2 small signs (<10 inches) with the standard “don’t leave valuables in your car…” language, however, both are in the far back of the large parking lot near the court.

Very nice lodging option. I've stayed at both the residence inn and the connected Marriott. Both are fantastic facilities. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient for business travel with quick and easy access to 315. It's also got a fair bit of dining options located within walking distance. If you prefer not to walk, their in-house restaurant is awesome too! I got the pastrami sandwich, though it wasn't a NY deli style sandwich, it was still super delicious!

We had an okay stay, it started off bad when we noticed our room wasn't cleaned very thoroughly and we had staining on our mattress pad and toenails on our carpet, we spoke with staff to try and remedy the issue. Unfortunately no one was sent to clean the room or look at what we found but they sent someone up with sheets. The staff is the redeeming quality of this hotel, everyone is really nice and helpful ( the woman who runs the breakfast is an absolute Saint ) the pool is nice but small and you have to walk around the outside of the building or through the resturant to the other attached hotel to get to it. The gym was clean and the equipment was nice. Overall I would rate it as fair, if it wasn't for the staff I would have probably given the lowest ratings but everyone I spoke with was trying their absolute best, unfortunately the clean aspect of the hotel is the most important to me and my family and we felt on edge about it after our initial check in the room.
