I have never had a more negative hotel experience. The hotel was absolutely filthy. I was uncomfortable even touching the coffee pots in the morning to get a cup of coffee because of the visible dirt and handprints all over it. The room smelled musty and was damp. When a towel touched the carpet in the floor it turned colors. They were clearly understaffed and neglecting basic hygiene responsibilities throughout. The bathroom wasn't clean upon check in. Breakfast wasn't ready on time and wasn't something you'd want to count on.

The staff are all very pleasant but the place is dirty. We stayed every year until the summer of 2019. After that stay, we said we would not stay again because of the unclean conditions. Then, Covid happened and so recently we came back thinking it possibly had been cleaned up. Now it seems even worse. Carpets are stained and infrequently vacuumed, the elevator floor is always very dirty, even after it is supposedly cleaned there are things stuck in corners. Rooms seem okay except for the stained carpets.

The room was very comfortable and the lay out was nice. Breakfast was pretty good. Eggs, sausage and potatoes on the hot bar and your usual cereal, muffins and waffles. The staff from the front desk, breakfast room and the housekeepers were super friendly!!!!!!!! Would definitely stay there again

Positive: ¿The staff is always friendly ( shout out to STaff at the front desk!) ¿ The breakfast selection is pretty good for hotel breakfast ¿The area around the hotel is being built up, so there are a couple of food options around it. Negative: The ware and tare of the rooms and lobby are starting to become noticeable. Still good quality but not up to date.
