The staff was really helpful and they do their best to accommodate requests. Like many places their restaurant is under staffed so just be a decent human being and be patient with the servers! The rooms are nice although the common areas are a little outdated. Great experience overall.

I attended a conference here and we had bad experience. We did not get the keys to our rooms till 12am, after waiting from 3:30pm. Staff members were unapologetic and unhelpful. My room had dirty bed sheets. The floors had not been clean. There was used contact lenses and hair on the floor. Our bath tub was clogged with hair from previous occupants. Overall experience wasn't good.

Positive: Very comfortable and clean. Bed was exceptional! Shower was great!! Even though it was a weekend the hotel was quiet and there was not a lot of traveling noise even being near a busy area. Negative: Ice machine on our floor didnt work. No freezer compartment with the fridge. And no microwave. Kind of disappointed that we had to pay for parking in the hotel parking lot and pay for wi-fi.

With certain hotel brands I trust that my experience will be good. I’ve never stayed at a Marriott and been disappointed until now. At least the bathroom is nice. The room isn’t heating up and I hear guests in their rooms so clearly. There were so many signs to go somewhere else. I should have paid more attention to them.
