I paid for a King Deluxe room with a big spa tub for $233. You'd except a nice decent clean room for that price. We showed up and it looked like the room was being used without the manager knowing. The toilet rim was covered is pee, there was hair behind the bathroom door, the shower didn't work because of the tub faucet was broken, the smoke alarm was dangling from wires. There was a ring of soap scum around the deluxe spa tub. At least the bed was clean I guess.....

The front desk folks & breakfast workers are amazing! So friendly & helpful. Shout out to Ms. Crystal, she went above and beyond each morning we were there and really made us feel great. The room was clean, although previous guests must have smoked as there was a 'cover up' scent. The in-room whirlpool worked well, the bed was comfortable, but we did have to ask for extra pillows (why only 3 small ones for two adults?). The pool is right off the lobby and the fitness area is just down the hall; both are maintained but bring your own water bottle to the fitness center, towels are provided in the pool area. A full breakfast was served and it alternates everyday. Everything was fresh and tasty. It's served from 6a-10a.

The hotel itself was in great shape, everything was clean and people looked to be rather enjoying the pool. I should also mention the breakfast bar had a lot of nice options including hot eggs, sausage, & potatoes, make your own waffles, oatmeal, etc. My complaint with the hotel is the clientele it attracts, I'm guessing because of the low room rate compared to the other hotels in the area. Someone followed me down the hall asking for money. And the hallway reeked of pot pretty much the entire time I was there over 3 days. It got so bad in the middle of one night it woke me up- I thought a skunk had sprayed outside my window or something.

I booked this hotel online because i was looking for rooms with a jacuzzi and out of the ones I looked at in Columbus this one looked the coolest and decently priced. When I arrived I immediately knew it wouldn’t be good. The parking lot was a mess and not many cars. I got the keys and went to the room. There was stains all over the carpet and what looked like dirt. We looked at the sheets there was stains all over them as well. I went to look at the Jacuzzi and it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned. Pictures of it showed mirrors around it and the walls in the room looked like they have been ripped off the wall. I decided to book a hotel across the street last minute. The next day I went to best Western to return the keys and to let them know about the situation the lady working in the morning was super nice i told her the situation and she went to check the room per policy. She came back down stairs and apologized for the room it had already been clean before she got up there. So it wasn’t all there but she said even with it just being cleaned it wasn’t up to her standards. She was very understanding and thankful to know the cleaning staff wasn’t up to par

Senior discount might be a possibility. I know they allow the AAA discount, I agree with calling first to confirm it.
The pool has been closed since March 2020 and they're are no public hot tubs available.
