First - had a horrible situation - ladders stolen (insurance adjuster) - to which their only answer was - checkout at 11. Apparently in post covid they have no cameras, nor security. The thieves STOOD on my vehicle and GROUND off the cables (dust everywhere, dropped grinder on windshield and broke it). I use Abloy locks (cannot grind or cut them) and 5/8 cable. Strangely enough - there were TWO police cruisers in the front turnabout (other issues at the hotel) - filed police report (waited on them to finish with the hotel) - upon which I was reminded checkout was at 11am. Hotel staff offered absolutely nothing other than the threat of a fee for delayed checkout. Police noted this is NORMAL for the area. Hotel is DATED compared to other Courtyards - its large - and it smells of recreational usage. As you might imagine, I will never stay here again. If you are a traveling alone, especially female, think twice, and I would avoid then entire area. Post notes - small TV, cop said they probably took 5-8 minutes to grind through and the gouges on my roof and windshield were just bonuses - how on earth a Marriott only staffs the front desk clerk overnight and no one else is beyond me. Red Roof is safer, they have cameras...

This hotel in general feels like a Days Inn motel, offering nothing at all special except a place to store your luggage while you lie on their misshapen, springy mattresses. The rooms have a pullout sofa bed thing that was actually only slightly less comfortable than the bed itself, which has probably been around since the 90s. 0 stars for comfort. The shower/bath faucet was actually the wrong valve to match which was was hot and which way was cold. You had to turn it toward cold to get hot, and hot to get cold.. Strangest thing ever. The hallways repeat the Days Inn feel, but the lobby tries to make you feel like you're joining a Marriott property. 100% of their budget goes into pretending to be a Marriott, albeit the lowest version of one as a Courtyard. The price is okay, but you get what you pay for.

A very nice hotel although the room that I had reserved was so small... There's no way more than one person could be in the room that was reserved for me cuz you would have been tripping over each other. I'm claustrophobic and I was getting a little claustrophobic being in that room. I went down to the front desk and asked to be moved or even upgraded to a bigger room which they did not have any available. I believe it was the manager who told me that they would offer me a full refund which is extremely nice of her considering I have not gotten nowhere near the same courtesy from other hotels. The only issue I had was billing was that when the room was booked the total cost was $553 but when they ran my card at the property it was for $790 and when I called the bank about the refund found out that it was actually $900 and some odd dollars that was charged to my card and that it would take up to 20 days to be put back on my card. I don't know about any of you but I don't just have a random $900 hanging out in my account which kind of puts a damper on things.

My stay at this hotel was by far the worst stay I’ve ever experienced. The front desk attendant, Angie, has been rude and dismissive at every turn. The third night of our stay the ceiling almost caved in on us because it was leaking water from the ceiling for a full 25 hours. We were downgraded to a room that REEKED of smoke. We were then moved to a room with a cracked toilet which has been leaking toilet water on the floor. Maintenance says they have to replace the whole toilet. The hotel is literally undergoing renovations as we speak and there is construction everywhere. This is ridiculous. I’ve never had a hotel move me three times due to infrastructure issues so bad that you can’t use the shower and toilet reliably. Despite all of these glaring issues, they have refused to refund us our money. A scam. There are ten hotels in the area. Do not stay at this one. Save your money.
