I reserved a room so I could nap for a few hours while my fiancée was in the ICU. When I called and explained I needed to check in around 10 am, Bev said it was no problem and made the reservation. When I got there I was visibly upset and she was in the process of bringing waters and snacks up to my room. Both her and the woman working with her (I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name) hugged me and had food brought up to me since I hadn’t eaten. When I got up to my room and Bev brought my food, she asked if I needed anything further and then proceeded to valet my car. I truly do not know what I would have done without these women there. They made such a terrifying time for me a little easier and I will forever be grateful for them!

We love coming to this hotel. It’s an old bank and they kept the historic beauty and a lot of the past bank features. Breakfast is served in the old vault. One of my favorite places to stay when we come back to Columbus!

The hotel itself was at a great location, right downtown and near the convention centre. The staff though in particular is what will keep me coming back. At the bar and restaurant, a gentleman by the name of Will was extremely kind and helpful. He knew all the great spots that two tourists should visit in Columbus, was friendly as can be, along with the rest of the team at the bar/restaurant. I am from Canada and travel through the states a lot for work and leisure, and can say that this spot had the best hospitality I’ve ever experienced. 10/10 will be back.

Locate in downtown where you can find a few good variety of restaurants and be near the Nationwide area, Short North, and Ohio State Campus, the staffs are very friendly and the helpful. The building was a bank and they still concert a few items of the bank with making the decoration unique. The room that I stay is quite big and the layout is nice, although the beds are not so comfortable, I had a kitchen in my room but did not use it, but I notice, that you can make a list of items and give to front desk and they will buy it for you. Breakfast is complimentary, for all who visit the hotel, even if you are not a gold member of the Marriot. The hotel also has a small GYM, with you need your key to access it. Parking like anyplace near this area this around 24 dollars overnight, but you can find a lot of buses line, and uber near the area.
