Further below was our previous five Star review after installation. Now, two years after installation, we can’t get them to provide service. Not a single response to our texts, phone calls, voicemails, emails. Nothing. They were the most expensive proposal of five we received at the time of purchase, but most responsive and said they’re committed to excellent post-sale service. It seemed the case based on their responsiveness at the time. And “one hour”. So we gave them our business. Now we have two units leaking and resulting damage and they refuse to respond. Update: another company came to service our units and pointed out a fair amount of mistakes made during initial install by Bigham’s that caused leaks and damage. Maybe they knew and that’s why no response? Previous review: Highly recommend! We’ve had a lot of experience with renovating and building properties over the years. We were very impressed with their consistent responsiveness, immediate proposal, dedication to quality, knowledge and professionalism. Jordan was great to work with and Mark and his team did a great job on install. And they’re all nice people. Quality, professionalism and expertise at a reasonable price.

Mike was exceptional! He made a very through and professional inspection of our air conditioning system explaining each step he took. We were very pleased with his courtesy and knowledge and are happy to recommend One Hour to our neighbors and friends. If I ever have a problem, send him!!

Service was absolutely fantastic. Jesse Phillips was, by far, the best service technician we have ever had from your company. He did far more than anyone else you have sent has ever done. He was extremely thorough, friendly, professional and punctual. I would like to request him to be our permanent service tech. He should be the one that trains all the others. Please use him as an example when you hire future people. His service makes us very happy that we are with your company.
