After reading reviews online i called the office. Alma answered very professionally, just the person i wanted to talk to. Thanks alma for saving me hella money on my car insurance even with multiple duis and accidents. She hooked it up with an sr22 as well, she was quick and answered every question i had with no hesitation. Thought the price was to good too be true so i went to the office to see her in person, they follow covid rules with plexiglass so that was pretty cool.

5 Stars is not enough for ALMA MENDOZA. I have been a customer at Acceptance Insurance for a number of years and Alma is by far the best person I have ever dealt with at the office in Santa Rosa, California. She is a joy to talk with either over the phone or in person. I recently added another car to my policy and she went above and beyond to help me. My monthly payment actually went down. It was the last thing I expected and am very grateful to have her as the person I deal with for insuring my cars. I am sure you will feel the same. Thank you Alma!!
