Attended the grand opening of the $3.3 Million Dollar parking lot and landscaping project at the City of Santa Springs tonight. Kudos to L.A. Engineering for doing a beautiful job. Well done!

This is NOT a quiet library. It's noisy, people talk loudly and are never told anything. There is NEVER parking here,yet I've complained belecause city Staff parks in the library/city hall parking lot. Good luck parking on the street, because the residence of the area are you usually parked there. They say to park in the post office parking lot which is the complete opposite side of the library. Looks like free babysitting when care givers come here and are on their phones while the person they should be caring for are wondering around or rummaging through books. I was coming here to do HW but there's no way to concentrate with the noise level, even with headphones in. You want a quiet place go to Cerritos public library!!!

You do not need to be a resident of Santa Fe Springs for a Santa Fe Springs City Library card. Thank you.
The City of Santa Fe Springs Library does not process passports. However, our Library is next to the Post Office and they offer passport services.

Hi Alex, You can drive by the City Library and drop off your books in drop box. There are no late fees for holding on to the books. Thank you.

No library cards are free. I think all you need is two forms of ID.
