shut out lights off on 05/04/16 at 8am and did not turn them back on until .......oh wait, it's 6:22 pm and we still have no electricity. My mother is on constant oxygen. She has been in the house all day with NO OXYGEN/ NO FANS NO LIGHTS NO NOTHING. Do you think anyone will answer me as to why? Do you think anyone would send a technician out? NOPE how about minus 10 stars? can you say lawsuit?

The customer service is 24/7 call after 6pm. U will be on hold for a while maybe 15mins. But they will answer. I had to turn off my moms electricity and I called after 6pm and someone answered. Don't call during normal business hours u will be on hold for an Hr or longer. They really need to get it together with call center. They need to hire more people. Hope this helps
