If I could I would not give any stars to this facility, about a month and a half ago. I took my daughter to urgent care, because she stepped on glass and she was bleeding all over the place, she was the last patient. and I think because the Dr just wanted to go home, he glued her foot and said there was no glass and just prescribed her antibiotics for infection, a month and a half ago she was still hurting couldn't walk on her foot, took her to her pcp where he though something is in her foot, she needs to see a ortho, took her to another Dr and yes for sure she had pieces of glass in her foot not one or two, but 6 pieces. I was very upset and called the office talked to a manager named Susan , she did say all I can do is report it to payment and demand thats all. Not sure what is going to happen next, all she said was thats all I can do. I'm sorry. I really didn't feel like things were done, I guess I will sit and wait😡 very upset

I arrived to urgent care before opening hours & was assisted by courteous front staff. All went well during my visit this was until I overheard my diagnosis from the back staff nurses yelling it out. What happened to patient privacy...... Also, when Dr. Shaun Kramer came into the room he looked at me with disgust and stood maybe more than 3ft away when looking into my throat. Very unprofessional! I won't be using their services ever again.

Great doctors and amazing staff. They really make you feel like they care. The doctor explained everything so my toddler would understand and was not afraid.

Last year I was with blue shield and they accepted. Now I have an other insurance. But to let you know the service is great
We came in for orthopedics. They are also extremely busy. The best option for covid vaccine is Walgreens or CVS.
No
When I thought I had Covid-19 I went to urgent care and they did test me but I would call first.
As far as i know they accept all insurances but depending on who you end up being seen by will determine how much they charge your insurance. Meaning if the doctor you are seen by is in network or out of network. If that helps any.
I'm a patient is a very good place. They take my Aetna insurance. Not sure if they take Medicare. But most likely yes
Yes they do
You can also go to urgent care
No it's not. But they will give you a list of the urgent care centers affiliated with health care partners.
Yes
