I am thoroughly impressed by such a nice Senior Living Space. I am impressed by such young, and attractive leasing office staff and maintenance workers.. They were very quick to answer any questions I may have had, and to offer help in other areas. The grounds and location is tucked away in an area where it seems like nothing but warehouses, but the location is ideal for safety.. besides that I did notice the rent is different for each resident, though some have Housing Vouchers etc… so I expect they take Section 8/SSI etc. overall with the pool, the grills, the many apparent young acting seniors it’s a location that’s thriving with seniors who are living their lives. congrats team for creating a space for Seniors to feel comfortable.

The office personnel were awesome. Moving to a new city can be extremely stressful, but they were very pleasant and helpful. The first day moving in, I met many of the neighbors. They are all so friendly.

Place is nice but the office staff needs to be more helpful and not be so rude. Especially when one of your loved ones have passed away and they only give you a few days to move everything out or you will pay another month of rent. We need to read the contract before signing. I didn’t live there. I had someone live there that passed away and we needed more time to move everything out and you gave us less than one week to have everything out or you guys would charge us another month of rent and the second option you gave was to have everything out by March 8th and pay $380 For 5 more days. You need to have more empathy for families that are going through a death in the family that lived in your facility. Im going to go higher and see what the residence right are. It’s not right to take advantage of families when their going through a tough time.

Employees in office need to have more empathy and CARE more. They need to smile more and have a more pleasant attitude..I walk in office and they never smile or ask how we are or have a good day. I pay a pretty penny to live here and really the parking situation here is sad..these are little things to you but us here it means alot..the maintenance people are great..always upbeat happy to help out..but behind the desk needs to be talked to..
