The customer service is very very good they took care of me quickly and part i picked up was clean and in top quality. I would recommend them for parts and their very good service.

This place is unorganized. Took them 5 days to update my already existing account. After all this process they also sold the part that I was doing all these changes for. Emailed them the last two days to get an update with no response or call back from the sales rep. Finally tracked the rep down (C Ayala) and he told me they dont have the part anymore! What a joke!

E- Stuff

Terrible experience. First they treat you like you are going inside a defense secret facility. First impressions is like they do not want you there. Second, they do not accept any free entry vouchers (a free entry voucher from LKQ) on certain days (even after I called and they say that yes, you will be let in free). Third, prices were very high for used parts (with no warranty whatsoever). Fourth, they charge extra for warranty. Fifth if you buy the warranty it will take much longer to get out. Fifth, they charge "core" charge for the use items. Six, they charge money (regular entry fee which the day I went was $3) to get in to return the core or for warranty. Seventh, they do not allow you to return parts (that you pay extra for warranty) on certain days. Eight, many of the guys are plain rude (and @$$&*!%$). I would say first try the auto parts, if you most buy genuine parts (and the internet does not have the parts at a price you want) try any other used auto part it is unlikely they will be worst than this place. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID ! ! !
