I went to the parts department to buy some locks for my class c compartments and left without buying anything. I left without buying anything because at first, I was offered no returns than after like 5 minutes the guy offered returns on the rv cam locks. The gentleman got upset at me because I was questioning his information. I was only questioning his information to make sure I understood the information correctly. This rv store is the closest to my house but I rather travel further and go to a different rv store.

By far the WORST!!! purchased a brand new trailer a year ago with a few damages inside that we were promised would be fixed free of charge once the parts came in. A year later and still nothing. When I called to ask what was going on I got the rudest manager in parts and service and he hung up in my face. So unprofessional and uncouth. So dissatisfied and disappointed in the lack of quality customer service.

Buying our Grand Design was a great experience! Marco was our salesman from the day we first came to look at floorplans and he was with us the entire process, right up until we drove it off the lot. Michelle in finance was nothing short of perfect, making the process as painless as possible and giving us great options for warranties, without being pushy. The staff in the service department was fast and efficient, as well as friendly. Overall, this couldn't have been a better experience. Highly recommend this dealership for an RV purchase.
