My friend went here today and she has been there for 4 hours and still waiting. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. How are they even in business. I hope they go bankrupt and go out of business because at least people wouldn’t have to wait so long if they were out of business

I am not too sure why this location has so many bad reviews. We came in for 2 covid tests (antigen) and had appointments for it. We arrived at 8:30am even tho they were scheduled for 9:00 and we were seen within 5-10 minutes. Esmeralda at the front desk was super nice and so was the guy who did the tests. We had our results in 30-45minutes.

Don't come here if you're looking for a quick process to get anything done. The front desk receptionist is rude and they don't give you your ID and insurance card back until they see you even after filling out all the paperwork. They told us it was a 2 hour wait because of COVID testing and people with appointments. The wait time to be seen was actually 3 hours in lobby and 2 1/2 hours waiting inside a room with no one coming in to provide updates. They only allow 1 person in the lobby so everyone else is outside or in their cars making parking a problem. Bottom line, they need more doctors and better staff to handle the rush of clients because this is not it. I've been coming here for a while now and this is the worst state I've seen it in.

The staff are friendly but the service is horrible. I come in for a rapid testing and the wait time was not so bad but neither great. My check in time was at 4:30pm and waited thirty minutes to finally get tested. This place closes at 7pm so i would assume I would get my results by then since their estimated time for the rapid test result is 45 minutes. So it was a waste of my $155 money to get a rapid test done so I have to wait 12 hours till they open again tomorrow morning.
