The manager was so awesome and great and the pool was perfect, the suites are awesome, we didn't want to leave!! The breakfast area and options are also great, we will be coming there again as soon as we can.

Well, the room was updated -- nice to have a kitchen if needed - the front desk (Jen) gave us room 301- we went up to room could not get in 3 times keys would not work and had them re-keyed. Found a Maintenace man he checked keys & used his master and the room was already occupied by someone else -- went to front desk and supposingly meant to give us room 307. Well, all good then...headboards not wiped down very well hand prints from kids, ants on window sill, a sock under the heater and could of used vacuuming by heater/air unit but other wise room was nice. Have stayed at the north Hawthorn Suites before which are very old but much bigger. The breakfast was very good everyone liked it. We will be back if we come back to Columbus. Just do not know why the mix up on the occupied room --- Thanks ---

The staff was nice and courteous but the room was not clean. There was splatter, and stains on the bathroom door, the sheets, the fridge, the toilet, the bathtub was not clean, there were holes in my sheets. I did not get checked into my room on time but, I did not complain because I wanted my room clean. The standard of quality needs to be raised, pictures are included! The breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast but the milk was not iced properly. The milk was in a ice bath and was only iced towards the bottom of the container. I tried to look up a health inspection report since they are public and could not find one. The machine for the juice had build up and debris around the mouth where the liquid come out.

The staff was very friendly (Ginny)...she was awesome... but I was truly upset with our room...the furniture was stained, your shoes stuck on the floor, the refrigerator didn't work and had grime on it and there was grime on microwave as well. The headboards had grease and grime across the whole wall...dust was pretty thick on top of it...there was something splattered on the ceiling..God knows what that was.. there was food down in the heat/ AC unit and the tub and sink had hair in it...I was really disappointed with the cleanliness of the room...the room also had an odor that was not pleasant at all..I thought being a Wyndham hotel it would have had better upkeep. We took pictures of all of this ..I want to somehow report to Wyndham but not sure how.

We stay there every year twice per year and like two years ago they renovated all of their rooms, they look phenomenal now!
