I stayed there last night, the staff I interacted with was really friendly and my room was clean however The hallways needed to be vacuumed. It may have just been me, but the beds in the room were so uncomfortable. I tried both of them..... The sides of the bed were soft, however it felt like there was a hard piece of round wood or something in the middle of the bed. Not a good night sleep at all. The hotel it's self was quiet for the most part. But what hotel is ever silent.

Positive: The overall stay was fine. The kids were so happy they got to be in a pool! We had stayed at two other hotels & couldn't use the pool for whatever reasons they had. Negative: Not necessarily a bad thing but the elevator moved weirdly!! Was not scary just not impressed how it moved.

The lady that works the night shift was horrible. She was rude and unhelpful. Even refused to tell me her name. She canceled my reservation and told me I wasn't welcomed to stay at HER HOTEL. Just a very horrible experience which ruined our entire weekend getaway.

We stayed here for 2 nights and the second night my vehicle and 3 others were broken into. The front desk gave us the number for the Columbus police to whom never showed up to investigate/ give a formal police report. We checked out a day early because of this incident and we’re offered no money back for the other night or anything. There is for sure bed bugs in this place so be very careful, upon checking the room today to make sure we didn’t leave anything I found one on the side of the mattress. We were given 1 bath towel for 2 people to use. All together will never be staying here again or any super 8- in the future will spend the extra money for a better hotel.
