Positive: This hotel was an excellent value; clean with modern furnishings and a super comfortable bed as well as a complimentary breakfast. I enjoyed my interaction with the employee who checked me in. He took pride he took in his work and was a true professional. Negative: While I appreciate the eco-friendly approach to shared toiletries in the shower and love the brand provided, I do prefer the option for unique items to be available for each individual guest.

Positive: Hotel employee at the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming! There was something about him that made me want to come back again. The breakfast options were handy as they were carry out sandwiches. Negative: Nope. Loved everything.

We stayed here for two nights. No room service in-between,which is okay I guess. My wife noticed the hair dryer was very dirty. Indoor pool is 'temporarily' closed.The only hot thing for the breakfast was buttered biscuit and coffee. We are Marriott member and have been stayed in a couple Fairfield in the past, this one is definitely below the average.

An Amazing Experience! The receptionist made our visit. She was very friendly and welcoming. The entire hotel was spotless. This will definitely be our go to hotel when we visit Columbus in the future.
