Did not enjoy my experience at this motel. No coffee or cream in lobby. Cafe area was closed at 6:30 and still at 8. No coffe available for guests. Service in room was little to none. No coffee cups in room to even make black coffee in the room. Our room was clean. Bed was wonderful; but absolutely no frills or welcoming atmosphere. Not an attractive location. Definitely not up to Marriott’s standards

Most staff were friendly. The programmable thermostat kept the room at 80 degrees all night and the fan ran all night sounding like a washing machine running. The room was clean and the bed comfortable though. The morning breakfast was closed due to a no call no show employee . They need a cross trained employee or some form of ack up plan.

Very good quality hotel. Easy parking near CMH Airport My room was very clean and neat. There was a small restaurant in the hotel with a very limited menu. A shuttle is available for transport to CMH Airport that operates 24/7. The shuttle service was very good. The vehicle was clean. The driver was pleasant and friendly. Even though my return flight to CMH was delayed until 230 am, the shuttle driver picked me up at the airport very quickly, when I called the service. He dropped me off right at my car. Thanks for a perfect experience.

Location is convenient for taking a flight especially having to fuel up your rent car. The gas station is right next door to the hotel. Staff and rooms were good. Only minor complaint is I wish the bistro was open longer and had more opinions. I wouldn't really call the bistro a restaurant. The bistro is basically a glorified Starbucks.
