I went to Dr Williams office for a well visit. Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience. The clinic is very dirty. extremely dirty and old! I have never seen any kind of office that filthy let alone a doctor’s office! Confidential Patient information files were lying around within everyone’s reach. Their equipment was old, broken and dirty. They incorrectly filled the forms for me and I had to go back and forth twice because of that. Dr Williams and his staff are nice (hence the one star), but I would never ever recommend anyone to go there for anything.

cash only as far as i know..im not trying to be an ass but he is 21st and diamond..good place for subs..never had a problem and they tell you when they are going on vacation..which is very important
