There is no onsite maintenance. Light doesn’t work, toilet needs fixed - too bad. Seemed clean at first but trash was piled up all weekend in the stairwell. The entrance is terrible to maneuver right now due to construction and there was a huge lake in the driveway due to 2 rainy days. There’s no way to avoid it.

Stay away! This is the nastiest place I've seen! It took us 5 minutes of looking around the room after we checked in and we decided to leave. There was MOLD growing on the bed! There were stains on the sheets, sticky stuff on the walls behind the beds, and sticky stuff on other parts of the walls. The window was covered in what looked like mildew. The mirrors have never been cleaned and neither have any of the appliances. I felt dirty just standing in that room. The outside of the hotel has trash and trash bags everywhere, and old broken down cars surrounded by beer cans in the parking lot. For over $100 a night after fees, find somewhere else!!

Positive: Staff was very pleasant. Hotel is in the middle of many eating establishments. Perkins is a walk across the lawn. Negative: 1) Coffee maker was not operable. 2) Hotel tax is outrageous! Room was listed at $92.47 but additional hotel taxes were $25.50, which equals a tax rate of almost 26%. OUTRAGEOUS! Avoid this county.

The last time I stayed here 2 years ago everything was fine. However this time the woman in the office was rude, first key cards she gave didnt work , went back for new, those worked but it was someone else's room whom I walked in on sleeping and if it weren't for the "chain" lock on his door me and my child may have been harmed by the aggressive sounding dog on the other side , got room reassigned (the man's room was under my name for some reason) and it was gross , hair in the shower, things not cleaned properly. Horrible experience
