Hotels.com messed up our booking date. We showed up, we’re assured that it’s no problem-we can rebook and get a refund for the the erroneous booking with manager approval the next day. Next day rolls around and the manager states that he will not do so. We spend hours talking to hotels.com and red roof customer. service before the issue was resolved as we were promised the night we paid for the same room a second time. Honestly this whole experience has turned me off of red roof and hotels.com. What a negative way to spend the day after a great concert!

Stayed here two nights, but would not stay again. It was very dirty, including something visibly smeared across the shower curtain to the degree that I went out and bought cleaning products to make it bearable. There was almost no water pressure. And the floors must be made of cardboard because the occupants in the room above us kept us from sleeping until well after 3am... by doing things like peeing (might as well have been a waterfall for the sound of it) not to mention playing music and their dogs barking. I suggest giving somewhere else a chance.

Paid for a room here and didn’t even stay. We preferred packing up all our stuff and driving 2 hours home after an event at 11 PM because that’s how gross this place was. We found bugs that looked a lot like bed bugs, so beware! We chose not to risk it and just left. We paid extra to get a “nicer” room with a “spa-like bathroom” (their description) meanwhile the bathroom was literally smaller than a closet. Room was dirty, mattress was damp. As it got later, the place got sketchier and sketchier. Lots of suspicious activity going on right outside our room including an all out fight in the parking lot. Thin walls so you hear everything! It was absolutely packed with people hanging out in the parking lot and we were very uncomfortable. There are multiple nice hotels down the road- several Holiday Inns, a nice Marriott, etc. Go there and avoid this place!

i stayed here because i had 2 concerts over the weekend and there wasn’t anything really bad to say about this place. the staff are nice, the room was nice, and the price was affordable. might come here next time when i find something else to do again! i could smell just a little bit of cigarettes close by but everything else was great!
