If I could give them 0 stars I would ! Do not apply to this company they will steal your application fees I applied for central square apartments April 20. They called me a day later stating that there was a “glitch” in their system and the unit was never available. I provided them with my new address and They notified Me that my fees ($240) would be sent in 30 days. It is now June 3 and I still haven’t received anything. I called the rental office and they notified me that their accounting office isn’t going to send the check off until next week. I’ve asked them to rush it because I’ve been waiting more than 30 days and that’s TWO errors on their end. This is all their fault and I need my check to be RUSHED to me immediately.

Renters beware: **update They replied saying that 3rd party would not approve. Translation: Central Square could not pass inspection! They were wonderful and helpful in the beginning. Then they failed inspection and refused to bring the apartment up to standards. After three weeks of dragging me along, my whole house packed up, they call me and say we’re not gonna deal with you anymore. They decided it wasn’t worth trying to bring the apartment up to code, as they committed to do when they accepted the contract. Not “cost effective”. Luckily, my old landlord let me stay on or me and my 2 kids would be in the street. I bought Savanna’s (manager) promises like the hopeful fool I am.

The most horrible apartment I've ever rented. If there is a way to give negative zero star i will prefer it. The complex have no designated parking. Threr is scrambling every where and every day for packing. One day my husband come back from the ssd's tore about 12pm all the packing were gone, so he pack the car by the door to remove the stuff he bought from the store. The tow truck came and tow the car with the food items still in the car. The apartment have roaches everywhere and no body is doing anything about it. The worst part about it is the rat, you will buy rice, bread and avocado and put on the table these rst will come and start tearing up and eating everything. Come to these appartment at your own risk
