I lived here for about a year so I will try to keep this brief. Pros: -Quiet. -Affordable. -Units are pretty spacious. -Not a lot of traffic, Continent Village is kind of out of the way. -Near two bigger cities, so it’s convenient if you need to shop/run errands. -Management (for the most part) is quick to address issues. -Maintenance is also relatively fast to address problems. Cons: -ROACHES + the contracted pest-control is virtually USELESS. If you have an infested unit, you will be dealing with pests from the day you move in UNTIL the day you move out. Shortly after moving in, I found a roach nest in my kitchen behind shelves. The roaches were hiding in old plastic bags that WEREN’T removed from the previous tenant (see pictures). -That being said, whoever cleans up vacant units (if anyone), does a poor job. -I’ve had items stolen from my car. -Windows don’t open, which consequently promotes mold growth in the window sills. -When your neighbors smoke, the odors seep into your unit. Again, you can't open windows --makes it hard to rid apartment of smells. -Grounds upkeep is mediocre. I can recall that after a roofing project, there were rusty nails scattered across the sidewalks and no one came to remove them. There will often be small trash on the ground (wrappers, cigarette butts, etc.). There appears to be a few dumpsters where trash is forever present. -To my knowledge, there weren’t any sex offenders that lived at Continent Village. However, there were a HANDFUL that moved to the neighboring complexes. -There is no security, however CPD patrols the area. Bottom line: From talking to other residents, many have different experiences from myself. I am only reporting MY OWN experiences. This isn’t the “flashiest” place to live, but it is a good enough place to keep your head low. There are better complexes around—but if you can find a pest-free apartment here, it’s worth looking into.

God knows I wish I can lower than 1 star. I have been living here for a month and I don't remember the last time I had a good night sleep. Roaches every where. Pest control came to my house twice,I. Within. This two weeks I have been here. My daughter had a roach I. Her ear and I had to take her to the hospital. I am trying g my possible best to move out because I don't know what else can happen. If I knew this place was this bad, I will have never came here. I never had the chance to look at the property or the apartment until the day I picked up my keys. I am praying God my lawyer will be able to get me out of this. So far, I have reported them to the city, because I don't want to lose my daughter because of this selfish manager and employees who keeps lying to people and putting our kids in danger

This place is the worst apartment complex in Columbus! The leasing office is completely useless ! During a recent snowstorm , maintence made absolutely no effort to salt the parking lot prior to the storm or plow the snow the following day . The condition of the exterior and interior is completely gross . It should be a crime for this place to charge money !! Don’t even get me started on the lies it tells the tenets !! This apartment complex needs to be taken to court !

I’ve lived here for a long time, it used to be so peaceful here. I live all the way in the back close to the highway(1003). As of late, the people who are moving in are different. I wonder if they run background checks on these people. Hearing neighbors constantly fighting in the middle of night, gun shots( yes, Gun shots) . Never in a million years did I think I’d live in a complex where I’d be dealing with such things. I don’t feel safe at all and will be moving out soon: There are better apartment complexes in this city where I know I wouldn’t be worried about these things.
