I am very disappointed in the place. I do not and have not rented from this place. My mother in law was very interested in moving here, and is relocating from out of state. At first everyone in the office was very helpful and nice. Then they had phone issues. Then they had miscommunication issues. So then I made an appointment to come see an available unit. My mother in law came to town to see it. A week after I had set the appointment I got a text saying the apt wasn’t ready to show. I expressed disappointment and asked for a later day (only had a few remaining until mil had to go back home) They said they would let me know. And if they couldn’t get her in before she left they would send a video tour. That was the last I heard. No call back to schedule another appointment. No video tour. No follow up phone call/text/email. Absolutely nothing. If that’s how they treat prospective renters,I can only imagine how they treat everyone who does live there. I’m guessing we dodged a bad experience, but future renters beware….

When I start the rental process for my apartment Becca was amazing and did everything in her power to make my rental experience easy. But once I moved in, Becca was no longer there (come to find out she had a baby!!). It was so hard to get ahold of the countless amount of “new” property managers in the office. About two weeks into living there ALL of my closet doors (bedroom, hallway, and bathroom) had just fallen off and out of track. I placed a work order right away. No one ever came to actually fix it. On 9/17/19 at 10:33am, a maintenance man entered my apartment without giving a 24 hour notice AND without announcing himself. I worked third shift and was sleeping with my two dogs. He said it was to fix the closet doors. I moved in, in early June. After I told him to leave, I pulled up my closet door work orders and they said it was completed sometime in august which was false. My first day in the apartment was the first time I ever saw it. My kitchen drawers fell off once I opened them and was never put back on. The AC/Heat only came out of one vent which was in the bedroom. I was treated very poorly by the staff after Becca left and maintenance was almost nonexistent. Would not recommend.

So I'm new to Ohio and have been looking for an apartment close to work rather than driving 35-40ish minutes per trip, twice a day minimum. I randomly walked into this complex without knowing if anything was available just hoping for some luck. I walked in and spoke with Waldean and it was awesome. She gave me all the information I requested, details about the place, local attractions, stores, etc.. This place is awesome, it's in a wooded area which is really nice instead of feeling like being stuck in the city. We got everything all setup within the day and I already have my place setup for next month. I've not been ANYWHERE where they were that quick or courteous. We had a few laughs while filling out information and just chatting. You're awesome and can't wait to arrive, Thanks Waldean!

The property manager Waldean has very poor communication skills. I was told I was approved for an apartment and I'd have leasing info within a week. It's been almost 3 weeks now and not 1 reply back after follow ups. Save yourself the $50 app fee and don't get ripped off like I did.
