It has been over 90 degrees the past couples weeks and I have no AC!! I called for it to get fixed a week and a half ago and no one has even come out to look at what the problem may be and I don’t even have a estimated time of when they will check the problem!! DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!! High Rates for LOW QUALITY HOME!!! Rental office workers Roger and Grace are extremely rude and insensitive about the circumstances we are forced to live in!!!!!! DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!!

We have lived in Spring Creek for 10 years. The property management company refuses to replace old appliances until they absolutely are broken. Currently, they have not filled one of the maintenance positions, and repairs are months behind. The cement landing outside our apartment is crumbling to the point I am afraid we might fall through. During COVID the office has been closed physically, and the staff rarely answer the phone, and even more rarely return phone calls. The grounds are nicely maintained, and I appreciate the trees that surround the buildings. I have previously recommended the complex, but will not do so again until CLK Management adequately staffs and puts money into updating and maintaining the property and attending at least as much to current residents as they do to future ones.

I like the location. My apartment is spacious with a fireplace and washer &dryer. Parking is great - each apartment has their own parking space labelled with their address. My apartment has had maintenance issues but everything major like the fridge and furnace have always been repaired with a day. I wish they'd open the pool and gym since covid isn't stopping other pools and gyms from opening in the area. Also, the windows and appliances need updated because I pay too much for my electric bill in the winter.

I went to tour an apartment with my sister , and i’m guessing they show everyone the perfect model apartment and i don’t expect every apartment to look like that . But i had no intention on moving here , after seeing the apartment and the location i was like heck yeah!! i’m going to try it out! keep in mind i didn’t read reviews because i had no intention on moving here , i just went for the support . But then i read the reviews, and i was like what the heck ?! this place is amazing and the staff is wonderful ,— welllllllllll after the tour , the lady’s name was Taylor and she was super sweet , she told us to sign up online and it was quick and easy . too easy almost ? anyways , it’s been ab a month since i have gotten approved and i’m starting to see what the reviews are about now, we haven’t seen our actual apartments at all and she has not gotten back to either me or my sister about the apartments themselves . i opted for an upstairs, i just got a call today for the first time from a man named douglas who told me i signed up for a downstairs apartment??? when i was very clear i did not want a downstairs one . this is making me extremely nervous to move in . if they’re already treated me like i’m not even there BEFORE i even live there ? i don’t know what to expect when i do live there .
