Estates of main has Been wonderful. My very first apartment i love it and they made My move very easy. My apartment was Clean and ready to go on my move in date with a nice move in gift.Any maintenance request i have always get acknowledge or completed Within 24hrs. I work with Amanda i have a number where i can directly reach her which is very convenient and important to me. Any questions i have she is always there to answer quickly. I also love how they keep up with the property on the outside no trash and grass stay cut. Office and maintenance team is very sweet and nice to work with. So glad I chose to move here !

I applied to the Estates On Main on 02/17/2022. I was approved for an apartment and they approved me for a "High Risk" deposit of $1000 plus a holding fee of $300 which was drafted from my account. I informed Amanda who was my leasing agent that this was to much for me to move in and I'd like to decline. She ran my deposit and text me that she had to because she was getting pressure from the corporate office. The application fee and admin fee was $245 which I did not dispute. What I was disputing is the $300 holding fee because I never moved into their apartments. I went into their offices today to see why i didn't not have my holding fee refunded and they printed off paperwork showing that the holding fee was non refundable which was not shown to me prior to applying nor did Amanda disclose this at any point in time during the process so in actuality I paid Estates on Main $545.00 to not live their. These practices and this apartment complex is predatory. I'm not sure of thos is due to Covid but this is not right and I'd caution anyone that applies so that they are not losing out on over $500 just to try to move to a bee place

Relocating from PA to Ohio is an overwhelming experience in itself..Estates On Main made the transition smooth and easy. The staff is amazing, friendly and very helpful. The maintenance team is very responsive to any request. I love my apartment / townhome. My neighbors are friendly and respectful and I feel absolutely safe because they have security patrolling the complex during the nights!!! I would not have chosen any other place… Estates on Main is very close to the major highways, shopping plazas and schools. You won’t regret choosing this as your home!!! I have no complaints living here!! The staff are amazing and friendly!! No other place I would rather be!!!!
