I lived here for two years and absolutely loved this place! If you are looking for a great apartment in a great area look no further. The neighborhoods around are so beautiful and there’s so many cool places nearby to walk to! It’s truly in a great location! Also, all the managers and maintenance staff are beyond helpful and wonderful! They take the time to get to know you and truly help in anyway they can. I cannot say enough great things about this place. You will not regret living here!

I searched forever until I came to The Deco. Right away I was greeted by Heather and given a tour. I love my place, if anything at all pops up, Stephanie or Nick (along with Maintenance), will get it taken care of right away. They make it feel more like a home than an apartment. They go out of their way to get anything I might need. I just can’t say enough good things about the people and interiors of The Deco.

My boyfriend and I have lived at the Deco for over a year now and we love it! Everyone who lives here has been very kind. We really enjoy the positive community feeling as we pass people in the hall or in the summer sitting by the pool. Our dog Charlie also loves all the doggie friends he’s made! The apartment itself is stunning with a spacious living room and kitchen. Maintenance and staff are super quick and receptive to any issue, though we really haven’t had many. Overall we’ve been very happy here! :)

I live at The Deco with my significant other, and it is by far our favorite place that we have lived in Columbus. The location is great: easy access to the interstate, high street and downtown and plenty within walking distance including grocery and convenience stores, restaurants, an ATM and a great park! The apartment itself is modern, well-kept and always clean, and any maintenance requests are fixed almost immediately. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The community is a mix of older and younger people, which provides a nice sense of community and in general, it’s very quiet since most of the residents are older. Would happily remain at The Deco as long as we are in Columbus or until we buy a house!
