My husband and I outgrew our apartment but liked it while we lived there. The apartments are a good size for 2 people in a townhome. Maintenance were nice and helpful . I can say, in 4 years we only needed them a handful of times. The appliances are your basic run of the mill type. You get adequate cabinet and counter top space. The rooms are a decent size but with a small half and full bathroom. You get a nice patio just out side the front door, with a small white picket fence. Water is a set price, no metered but might go up with your rent. There is not an exercise room there but when I lived there, the staff had me go across the street to get a key from the sister property, Chestnut Hill Apartments - small but effective. They have treadmills, bikes, balls, weights, bench, and yoga mats. There is a pool, small but with a lot of kids using it in the community, it just wasn't a peaceful setting to swim or to tan. They have garages for rent too - open by key, no remote. Rent for the area is decent too, you're close to New Albany and Gahanna, but still in the Columbus Ohio 43230 zip code. If you're wondering about the schools; it's Columbus public, and just a couple townhomes are in the New Albany School district - I seen a bus pull up at the front of the community in the morning. You can't beat the location, you have everything you will ever need within walking distance or just a short drive away. (local bus pick up at the Meijer across the street) We moved in when Mesha was in the office, then Tina and Kristina and now Danielle. All staff have been helpful, outgoing and open to answer any questions. We did have a parking problem where we lived, only because it was at the very end and it only happened at night. We rented a garage for that purpose but it was still a problem since they don't have assigned visitors parking or parking permits. You may hear your neighbors from time to time, especially in the bedrooms. My neighbor played is music very loud many days and continuously so keep that in mind. (I used a fan with white noise, that helped) Overall, not a bad place to lay your head for a couple of years. Rent had escalated into a price we felt was house worthy so we purchased a home. Good luck with your search, hope the review helped. :)

Im shocked to see so many negative reviews. Ive lived here for a few years. With new mgmt comes new personalities but all my issues including maintenance have been addressed timely and professionally.

So I moved here last June and moved out this June. We hated this place from the day we moved in. The carpets was stained and I am sure they didn’t replace them which is a first for me when renting a new place. The floorboards at the stairs was sinking and the panels were coming of on the side of the floors. If you move in here make sure you comment about everything that is wrong with the unit bc they will charge you for it! We also did not like the office staff bc she would always argue with my husband. She tried with me but I know how to deal with people who have attitudes. She had the nerve to ask why we were leaving bc this place sucks. Also if you are a day late on rent which we were when we first moved in bc I didn’t set up auto payment they will send you an eviction notice. Save your money better places up the street.

I've lived here 4 years & the first three years were great . We loved Amy & Mesha . Great people . The maintenance man is great . Once Mesha left the office is not the same . Never answers the phone, always rude . Acts like we owe her something for living here . I'm not putting up with her. Once our lease is up we are OUTT !!!!!!!!!!!
