This has gotten a lot better new management and repairs to the water and electricity are made. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and nice.

I've lived at Ashton Woods for 3 years. it has been an amazing experience. It's a quiet place, some of the apartments are dated but maintenance is right on top of any requests you make. I suppose my only complaint is that, like every where else in Columbus, they raise rent every year.

A lot of space, the area is quiet and the maintenance guy is really nice, always speak when he sees you and does his job really well. Only place that was willing to work with me. Neighbors are nice everyone keeps to themselves for the most part and speak if they see you. Definitely would suggest moving here. Haven’t had any issues from the property manager. Only downside is the bugs like spiders and stink bugs normal area bugs (woods all around) not the property managers fault. They try to keep the property clean no random trash or anything laying around no cars speeding thru so the apartment kids can play outside and be safe.

I would not recommend anyone live here! My boyfriend was robbed at gun point and forced into our home here from some kids around the neighborhood. I told the landlord Paul he literally said he didn’t care. He had no empathy for our situation only thing he cared about is when the rent was getting paid. Then they charge you for things that were supposed to be fixed on their behalf after you have told them about the problems. They will also charge you late fees and not tell you about them either. Honestly this property manager is so unorganized and unprofessional I do not understand how he’s managing a property currently. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! The apartments across the street are better!
