I've been living in this apartment for 2 years they don't fix anything every time I call the office they tell me that in the next week they're going to fix what's damaged and they never do ANYTHING. I always pay the rent on time I’m waiting for my contract to end to look for another apartment ….. I do not recommend anyone to live in this apartment ……………… I was away for 1 month and the bill for electricity and water came to $$$268, it doesn't make sense either when no one was at home and I left everything off. No le recomiendo a nadie vivir en esto apartamento son una porquería y nunca Arreglan nada cuando las cosa se dañan y en mi opinión te cobran tanto de renta y cuando le piden que te arreglen algo nunca pueden… siempre Te ponen excusa y te dicen que la próxima semana y nunca hacen nada🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

In the process of moving in and wow is all I have to say about the front office staff! They were so friendly and Justin was incredible to work with. Thank you all so much for making a hectic time a lot less stressful!

Had a maintenance request I was worried about so I went to the office and the new manager was already on it and had it taken care of! I have not had the best of luck with previous management so Justin was like a breath of fresh air. I’ll definitely be renewing now. Seriously if you’ve ever had a bad experience here, know that they’ve put someone in charge who not only cares but makes you feel super comfy. Thanks again Justin !
