I have lived here for over a year now and have had zero major problems. The maintenance staff were polite and quick. And I’m personally grateful for the experience with my landlord they helped me get a place and it meant a lot that they worked with me. I’m not saying it’s the safest place in the world in this general area but if your seriously considering the area its not too shabby for the price. I love my place.

I’ve lived here for about a year and I LOVE it! I have never had any issues at all with my car and can always find parking. Anita is the absolute BEST! She is always friendly and helps with anything we need. Maintenance is quick to respond to anything we’ve needed done and they even replaced our filters and batteries in our fire alarm/carbon monoxide detectors. It’s a great place to live and glad to have signed a lease for another year!

I enjoy living here in my second floor apartment. There are 4 units with a security door. It is a safe environment. Clean, friendly place to live. The maintenance crew are very helpful. The Office manager is friendly and easy to work with.

I have been a resident for 9 months and i had no issues with crime or anything along thise lines. Ms Anita is always friendly and prompt when i need anything with maintenance, rent questions or just general conversation. I plan signing another lease to stay one more year.
