Don’t move here , I came home at 7pm at night to a guy in my unit saying he is fixing my window when I never got notified of any renovations I called the roger c perry corporate office because the property rarely has a leasing agent here and they told me the renovation services can come in from sun up to sun down and roger c perry does not notify tenants when they come. Shamiya or whatever her name is in the roger c.perry office is unprofessional I asked her why my leasing agent does not answer she said they are out sick and she was in the office and that my name “rings no bells” apparently. The LIED about 24/7 maintenance they let my apartment get to 90 degrees because my air conditioner broke and refused to send someone out until the next day. Unprofessional roger c.perry corporate office is unprofessional and disrespectful. I’m 21 and live alone so coming home to a random guy in my apartment without knowing why was scary.

The maintenance man I have delt with was great. (younger guy with long dreads) He was came same day and was in and out in no time for the two things I needed fixed. Wish I could say the same about the office. Heads up to anyone interested in moving her, got a note on my door dated for yesterday, with no actually information and no actual signature. This kind of thing is pretty typical. Out of some miracle when I called the office this time with questions, I actually got someone. If you leave a voicemail, you will not be contacted back.

Along with amenities not being fixed, the buildings are falling apart and squirrels, birds, and bees have nests inside all the corners where there are openings these are simple fixes but in the last three years nothings been done and has just gotten worse.
