The units all have problems with leaks in the living room and kitchen ceilings. Mold, rodents, ants, and roaches in every unit. Maintenance is a joke and never correctly fix anythg and if you are lucky enough for them to attempt to fix somethg then they rig it. And the rental lady Freda is two faced and lies constantly. She will stab you in the back and spread rumors just because. And when you move she is so vindictive she will write bad reviews for your new landlord and they will bill you thousands for stuff they should have fixed before you moved. The units rented under section 8 always take president over those who pay full rent. And they are renting to illegal immigrants without their papers who are dirty and nasty and have bad kids. The only good reviews to this place are from those who work there and are trying to hype this God awful place up.

Well this apartment complex is HORRIBLE!! It is VERY POOrLY KEPT!! I would NEVER suggest for ANYONE to move here-UNLESS you are in DESPERATE NEED of somewhere to live/you have NO other choice!! First off the grounds out here are poorly kept up-they have ppl that they let live out here that's SUPPOST to pick up-they pick up at night..???? Who does that? There is a Dump area for Big furniture/mattresses etc. to go -it gets so bad over there the trash gets as high as the garage that it sits beside-then it keeps on collecting up til it's coming out almost behind the cars that are parked back there. There be trash all around the dumpster back there-ppl send small children to take the trash out -if it doesn't make it IN the dumpster it's just left on the ground in a bag/out. There be broken glass/other debris left back there that cld be VERY Dangerous to small children playin around out there-the left over debris from when the Bulk ppl come from picking up the BIG stuff NEVER gets swept/picked up and thrower into the dumpster for safe reasons/clean reasons& just RESPECT for the ppl that have to live right by it!! If you have small children-there is NO REAL Park for them to go play-I don't know what that is back there! There SUPPOST to be a Basketball hoops out there for the kids-instead of having REAL BAsketball hoops they have hoops out there that cost maybe $80-90 for a complex full of kids/adults to play on. Those aren't meant for a complex!! Then when they get broke they put the kids on punishment & won't fix them for long periods of time. When that happens that will leave your small children to cross over a scary over path to go to the school down the way to play basketball there. Work orders are SUPPOST to be done within in 48hrs-yeh right! It can be from days/wwks/months/even yrs before they get done-If they get done-you'll have to keep bringing it up. If you have two bathrooms they will not come fix the one that's fixed right then cuz you have another one. If you need to move to another apartment in the complex -you will be moving into one that someone just moved out of UNTOUCHED-just the way they left it.. SUPPOST to save the mANAGER $$ not to clean it/fix anything after the last tenant plus you have to PAY a TRANSFERE FEE 245.00. If your air goes out like on the weekend don't call them they won't come out until the next business day-they DONT come out ON WEEKENdS/after they CLOSE during the WEEK either. Patio gates are a HOT MeSS they be falling off/down they can see it fell down & walk right pass it & WONT FIX IT!! You have to request for it to be fixed. (Stay on it) spraying-if you don't mention a spray you WONT GET IT-shoot you won't even get it brought up to you that the ppl are coming out!! If your a month to month you don't get the so called special things like a painted room of your choice/new ceiling fan/get carpet cleaned-which you don't want-they half -a** clean it-you'll be better doing it yourself! Those things you get only if you sign a yrs lease. Be careful what gets messed up inside your apartment cuz you will get an outrageous bill to fix whatever they don't want to pay for-take pics before/after you move..PROOF!! That's about it.. Like I said Don't do it-unless you have NO OTHER cHOICE-Don't make this your home.. Oh the kids-can't forget that.. If they don't like you/your kid(s) they will do damage to your stuff(car/flowers/break windows.) The basements -some of them leak/flood if you have things to put down there put them in containers/on slats.. They don't pay for damage to your stuff-your SUPPOST to have your OWN REnTERS INSURaNCE!! But get this when you pay your rent you HAVE TO include $ for their INSURANCE.. If you don't it collects up.
