This is my first time actually becoming homeless and I can say I dislike it to the fullest. I wish shelter systems in New York was so much better. It looks like a jail cell in here. Feel like I’m going crazy in this room. It’s cold and some of the workers are rude. The security is very nice. The people give out food are rude in my opinion and they should tell people to sign the sheet not bang and knock at the door so loud in the night. I wish I can go back home.

This place use to be a shelter now its for three nights stay when giving covid test u stay until results then if good u head back to original placement to start process
