I just called today at August 25th, 2022 just now at 6:03pm and asked "What time is dinner". The person who answered responded said "Who wants to know?" That is so weird. I didnt really know what to say so I told her a client. Because I became a client two days ago and also because my name is hard to pronounce and hard to remember. Her response was ridiculous. She said "A client would know." Then promptly hung up on me. I am going there right now to find out her name. Her response was wildly rude and unprofessional. Its also not the first time I've called and recieved ridiculously unprofessional and totally unimformative responses. I dont think im ever going to stay there because if they treat you like this so comfortably you already know they'll do petty things like make you beg for your appointments or callously ignore any of your requests. I dont want to be at the mercy of the system. Especially since i see they treat you as less than a person and face no consequences for doing so.

If you follow state and federal health code, and guidelines regarding vax or mask mandates, and mask wearing, with proof of innocultions, they will yell at you and starve you. Even when you are waiting on NYC housing, and an insurance claim on property in Upstate. Mind you 4 darker colored individuals got served food with no mask on. Me, one of 3 lighter colored persons present was denied food at this government owned facility. Me as a medical professional explained what the requirements are and that the desk clerk was incorrect with requirements as this is not a business. It is a government service. Me as a military veteran, awaiting a heart procedure, at the age of 36, should be respected a little bit in my own city.

No. But they have chairs you could sleep in with a desk in front of it. They do have showers and food (3 meals) It depends if anything is available and for a non client they let me stay 4 nights. You would need to b see a case manager around 11:00 pm the next day to become a client.

i was in there this Morning,i wanted to become a client, however,Ms Cunningham, told me i was still listed as a client Of Bob s place,in Jamaica Queens,i went To Bobs Place,i Was Shown The Door, and told by Ms Goode That i was Signed out of there
