"Zero ⭐" This place is the worst. I needed help and bcuz I was "of color" homebase set me up with a person of color. Which didn't make any sense bcuz the person I literally given ALL my info to was helping until "SHE" Christy H-Jones 😳 realized I was of color. Worst place ever! These so-called HOMEBASES are only there to collect a paycheck. This incompetent case manager was a jerk and lazy! 😠 Don't work for the public if you don't have a heart or Soul. The two people I have spoken to said they were going to assist me and I have nothing to worry about 🫤 but inturn given me this jerk of a case manager, NEVER in office or answers phone... who told me that when "HE" Omar Bellingy wasn't at the office to talk to someone else bcuz he couldn't help me. After that I knew I was on my own 😕

So this location is actually another "branch" of the Exodus Transitional Community, formally named "The Exodus Center for Trauma Innovation" ; usually abbreviated to "CTI", more informally. I attend both group therapy as well as individual therapy here, and they offer a broadly diverse array of "program" options, which I found to be tailorable to a wide variety of people who are learning to cope with trauma in all forms. They're very understanding, and are using a trauma informed treatment approach. I recommend it to people I know that I feel may benefit from it, as I know I have and continue to.

Case worker Cruz lied and stated I refused programs required by it's policy and asked that I sign the form. I asked why would I sign a document that clearly isn't true. She stated it doesn't matter she's gonna make sure I'm paid. I stated if I'm gonna be paid than change that. She started yelling at me in a disrespectful matter so I raised my voice back never using any profanity because I'm a Christian. She never keeps in touch with you and never check into other personal matters as requested. I don't know what to do. I'm at a lost.
