I am a CPA & we found Spring Bank because my small and medium size businesses could not get proper service on PPP loans from the bigger banks Wow! Are they professional. They gave great service helping get our ppp loans approved & forgiven. Every officer was wonderful but mostly I dealt with Germarie who was organized, knowledgeable & so easy to work with!!! As a CPA, I am happy for my clients but also happy at how good Spring Bank made me look to my clients. Definitely 5 out of 5!!!

Always locked out the app, constantly have to change my password by force not because I want to, some staff listen but don't hold your breath, during one of their "system"updates not only was I locked out had to change my info and it took forever correct

Spring Bank has the absolute worst statements I've ever seen. Completely illegible, transactions take up multiple lines, the typeface is hard to read, there's no spreadsheet export, no integration with quickbooks, buyer beware!

No this is not a black owned bank. It's a bank for low income communities who might now qualify for traditional banks or might now have one in their area. However anyone is free to join. Carver Bank in Harlem I believe might be black owned but sure.
