This is the worst branch in the entire Bronx. I live nearby but I prefer to go to another one further away because it is always full of customers queuing to get money. Only 2 ATMs work and I think it is not fair that one has to waste 2 hours in it. bank to be able to do anything. They should do something with that.

My experience with Christine the branch manager was wonderful she is very knowledgeable and very accommodating. We even had our social conversation while she open my account. I much appreciated that from Christine

The staff here are welcoming and helpful. The only problem with this location are the vagrants harassing people when they go in and out. They post up by the door to the bank day and night. I never feel comfortable going to the bank after bank hours. This has been a problem for many years unfortunately.

Yes, it can. It depends on the amount, however. Generally it clears overnight if you deposit it before 6pm on a business day. I'm not sure of how long you've had your account or what the stipulations on new accounts are (if there are any), but it shouldn't take more than 3-5 business days at most. Call customer service to inquire more about it.
