Very sad to say that 2 days after I visited this branch, my money was completely wiped out by one of the tellers. The receipt has the name Terry.However, when I was there, there were also 2 women behind him, it seemed as though he was training them...so who knows. Please check your funds periodically after working with a teller. UPDATE: After filing a complaint the BBB and a meeting with the branch manager. The transaction was discovered to be fraud and the money was returned. My husband and I will have to change all of our account numbers, get new cards, etc.

My wife and I had a positive experience opening up a checking account at this location. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Hasheem for patiently assisting us with the account creation process.

Heidi, Victor, Jaira and Monte were all really nice and helpful. I opened up a C&S account and they made the process so smooth, I felt like I was VIP when they brought me water lol, Very professional, very helpful, Super attentive. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left; My experience at this Branch was impeccable. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

The line (one line) to see a real teller is quite long. Not suggested for a disabled person who can't stand on their feet for long periods of time. When I phone them on the branch's direct phone number, it takes them ten to fifteen rings before they pick up the phone and, sometimes, they didn't pick up the phone at all. Other than these two shortcomings this particular branch of Chase Bank is quite excellent 👌. There are enough ATM's that there's seldom a line to wait (except at the height of the day... like lunchtime). The real tellers are extremely polite, accurate, and professional. You can make an appointment to see a banker online in the Chase app, and they're pretty good about keeping the appointment. They certainly do try to. I am a low income senior citizen who is on Social Security and because my checks are direct-deposited and they come out to $500 or more, Chase gives me their basic checking account for free. No monthly fees at all!! The entire staff is polite and they maintain a professional manner. I've been banking at this particular branch for 13 years and I seldom have a problem. I do recommend this place for your banking needs. This is a good bank and branch.
