This is the worse Chase in the city. Waited on line for over 30mins because they only had 2 tellers working during opening hours on a Wednesday morning. The employees socializing with one another only slows down the already slow pace. I live in the Bronx and shouldn't have to go to Manhattan for satisfactory customer service

A great Chase location! From the security guard (who is so helpful and so understanding), to the bankers and bank tellers - everyone in this Chase location serves the local Southeast Asian community well.
