Scumbag officer (ID # 7262) responded to my pregnant wife’s car breaking down. Wrote her a ticket and left her stranded on the side of Hamilton Ave on a rainy day.

How many times do you have to call a Detective to get follow up on theft? Worst communication ever you can’t leave a message and no one calls back when you finally do get someone! It’s been over a week of trying shame on you Franklin Police Dept!

Ellery was initially issued a summons for DWI on April 15 by the Franklin Police Department and remained an active member of the force after the charge. <---- should have been fired on the spot

This is a public forum, don't post address. Call the complex's management office or maintenance/after-hours number (listed on your lease; if not, the main number may be posted at the entrance of the complex, on the name sign). If there are "no parking"/tow-away signs around your complex (for unauthorized vehicles), those usually have the name of the towing company the complex uses. If all else fails, call your local police office's main number (NOT 911, unless you have a medical emergency or other *immediate* need for assistance). Speak with a dispatcher, explain the situation. Have the vehicle info handy. If you don't want to call the police, you can always leave the driver a note, warning them not to park there again, but *only* if you feel safe in doing so. Before leaving the note, make sure to write down the vehicle's make, model, color, and license plate (state & number) for your records and, if possible, take a clear picture of the vehicle and another of where it was parked.
Call the police department (NOT 911) and speak with someone in the records department. Also, keep in mind that this is a public forum. Any personal information you post here will be seen by everyone who uses Google/Google Maps.
