Ricky the property manager was super helpful when helping me with getting the apartment I was interested in. He was flexible and willing to help me work around any issues I came across considering this is my first apartment. When I first showed up to take a look at the apartment he was on time and made you aware of any delays. He's a busy guy but, makes time to talk to his tenants and make sure everything is in top shape for your move. The apartment itself is spacious and in a good area. It feels good to have the mall around the corner and supermarket across the street.

Ricky the property manager has always been helpful for whenever I needed anything looked at or help with. I'll be honest, he was the main reason I picked this spot as my first apartment. He was extremely helpful when I came to first check it out and when I saw how punctual he was and informative of everything, that's when I knew this place was a great spot for me. I had checked out around 5-7 different apartments, even some luxury locations and some of them were late or just not helpful at all. I felt comfortable picking Swan apartments and I'm glad I did, a place I can call my first apartment and it was such a relaxing time here. Thanks again for everything Ricky.

I have been a resident of Swan Court for many years. The neighbors are wonderful; kind and friendly and there is a real sense of community here within this small town. I have known many property managers in my time here, but the current property manager is the best yet. Ricky is always available whenever I need him, day or night, no matter what. Service calls are always completed quickly, and he is quick and efficient when service is required. He goes above and beyond for the residents!

5 stars for Ricky, the property manager. I've lived in a few different complexes and he is by far the most productive property manager I have had to deal with.. the way the property is kept, and how fast he is to fix things is second to none.
