Could not be happier with the service or the experience here. I hit traffic and was 10 minutes late to my appointment and the staff was so kind and not bothered at all- they spent so much time with me and I did not once feel like I was being rushed while they were assisting me. They have a huge selection of dresses and the dressing areas are spacious, clean, and comfortable with plenty of room for guests coming with you. My stylist, Celeste, was so knowledgeable, more than willing to oblige when I was indecisive and wanted to try the same dresses on multiple times, and even pulled some additional dresses once she got a feel for my personality and my likes/dislikes. I ultimately chose one of the additional ones she pulled for me, so it shows how well they really listened to what I was saying. I have nothing bad to say- a great experience that simplified what is typically a very stressful process.

This was the most incredible and beautiful experience. We were blessed and able to work with Carmen, who was the perfect consultant for me and my group. She pulled dresses that fit what I described and then some. She was absolutely incredible and made me feel heard and seen, while supporting us in having a good time too! I am so glad that I was able to get my dress here. The dresses were GORGEOUS and it was so validating and amazing to see dresses in my size. Me and my family had a truly magical and wonderful experience, and I said yes to the dress!

Rebecca was an absolute GEM! I was nervous about dress shopping as a plus size girl, and Rebecca made me feel the most comfortable I have ever felt. She truly listened to me on MY wants and needs on a dress, and no one else- she was definitely team BRIDE :). This experience was like nothing else. The intimacy of the appointment and the guidance and positivity that was given, was just a few of the reasons why I loved the evening. Rebecca and I got to discuss before showing my family and friends, and I loved that time to just focus on ME and the thoughts I had in making the final decision. I truly could not have asked for a better experience in finding my perfect wedding dress. The experience alone made me giddy and I would do it 1000x over again at Brides by Young!! Thanks to the wonderful and amazing team for making my dreams come true!
