The DTA offices are only open for limited services. They have removed the machine that prints the EBT cards. There are no caseworkers in the building. They have service assistance to walk you through the self-service options that are available. They will give you a phone number to call, or help you sign up on a tablet located in the building. But they do not have the ability to print cards, and meet with workers.

I just waited on hold for 45 min. As soon as I was getting connected with got hung up on. I shouldn’t have gotten my hopes up that there was actual help for people that are working and not getting their regular hours but can’t get financial help because I’m working smh. The system sucks

The voice message recording that you get when you call SNAP, is extremely fast spoken. I had to call 3 times to get all the info. Slow down when giving vital information to people in need.

If you go into office don't bother going to desk go to printer and scan using agency number on paperwork
SSI and DTA are completely separate entities, your DTA case closed for a separate reason from your SSI. You can download the app and view the letter they sent you with the reason they closed. And I have no idea who Maggie Jean is so I can't help you try to figure that out, sorry
come in and find out.not crowded today.
For cash assistance you have to go into the office and apply, than a worker will let you know what documents you need to submit. You can't apply for cash online, only foodstamps
Depends on what the situation was. An ATM has something like up to 72 hours . A store usually returns it automatically . Hope that helps
Foods stamp benefits for month of February will be last ones till reopening of government. Reports are welfare and health plans next to be effected.
If it's only temporary then no, you have to not have a job or a job that pays you under the maximum amount allowed for one person
Call the office
I don't think anyone from this department actually checks these questions?! It may be only customers or just people that Google this phone # or address & can access this info thru Google. So I really hope you can get in touch with a real person by calling there or unfortunately by going back in with the paperwork & possibly applying to add your child on again it sounds like because the amount you said you're getting is the amount only I only get for just me, 1 person, every month. Well, it might've lowered I think for some unknown reason because 1 month they sent me a letter because I filled out the Interim Report & had no changes so it said it would stay the same but the next mouth outta no where I got another letter saying they were lowering it & I hadn't had any changes I had just gone through all that process with them & they sent me the letter continuing it the next year the same as it had been & I still have no idea why or how it ended up getting lowered unless everyone's did??
Go to your local department ask the person at the front desk.
You can reapply online at Dtaconnect.com the application is rec'd electronically the same day after you submit it.
No. They are not.
Depends on what town you live in and other factors. I was told that you have to work or volunteer a minimum of 20 hours a week to qualify. As far as how much you get, again that depends on factors in each individual case. Single, no kids, you get about $192 a month.
Have to go to Brockton DTA to be placed in shelter
They have hours every day when you can go in and get a replacement card
It's a program from foodstamp befits for the older adults or disabled that have low income that reduces the required paperwork that will make it easier for low-income households to get and keep snap
Id stop in if you live nearby, theyre so much better in person than on the phone
