Only out of state as far as I heard. CT is setting up recreational dispos around 2022. Being legal right now grants you the freedom of chiefin in public and having some on hand but can not purchase in CT dispo. I usually head up to MA if that helps.

You can switch dispensaries , but it takes up go 2 days for the transfer online . They have all the paperwork at Curaleaf( herbology)

I have an expired ID expired on my birthday and do you have to have a medical marijuana card
