Beyond unprofessional. Sonya Grubb must have gotten her doctorate in time wasting and unnecessary conflict escalation. Hides behind her desk and doors as she makes the tellers do her dirty work. I get better customer service from Dunkin Donuts and Target. Do yourself a favor and use any other lending institution.

Condo mortgage. They ignore that they’re one of many lenders and want to be listed like they have interest in the whole building. Then send nasty letters saying the certificate of insurance isn’t filled out right, and that they’re going to charge me for even more insurance.
