It's been a nightmare dealing with this place. The surgery was fine, but the process around billing is absurd. Prior to my surgery, I verified all the "codes" with my insurance company to confirm the entire procure would be covered. When I showed up for my procedure, unexpectedly, they would not begin until I paid $2,500 upfront. Later, after receiving the insurance EOB, I had to chase them, making multiple phone calls, in order to be refunded. But when I received a refund, they withheld an additional $764 to cover an "experimental" procedure which I never authorized. This is in addition to the few thousand which would be my responsibility. They said to call my doctor, which I did. My doctor's office said it was not their charge and I should call the surgery center. Eventually, I attempted to file a dispute with my credit card, but by that time, the original charge was no longer disputable since too much time had passed. I highly recommend avoiding this place.

My Mom had Cataract surgery here with Dr. Nagle and I have to say the entire staff are wonderful! They made my mom feel safe, were very professional and welcoming. Thank you so much!

I had foot surgery here and the entire day went so smoothly. I was quite nervous when I arrived and nurses Janelle, Gosia, Melody and Bethany were all extremely thoughtful and took great care to make me feel at ease. Everything was communicated very clearly and on time!
