Nice energy with the service staff. They are professional and efficient. A bit of oil got on my windshield and they cleaned it and offered a free car wash. It's reliable. Pleasant experience. Could use a little upgrade if you have to sit in lobby if your car is on a lift.

Pulled in for a State Inspection, car has 20,000 miles. From the time they pulled it in to the time they pulled it out was 1 hour and 15 minutes. That is insane. I was a ASE certified tech in years past. I could do 3 state inspections in that time. This kid, had absolutely no sense of urgency. People were leaving left and right because it was taking so long. A massive loss of revenue. 8 hour shift, 8 inspections, or with some retraining 8 hour shift, 14 to 16 inspections. Managers call I guess.

Worst garage I have ever dealt with. Lazy mechanics who do not want to do state inspections. Stopped in at 5:15 one night and was told I had to get there before 5. So the next day showed up at 4:10 and was told that they had a car in and it would be about an hour. I told them that was fine. I waited about 15 minutes, But then I ran down the road to get gas, thinking I had plenty of time. I get back at about 4:45 the car that was in the bay had already gone. I then spoke to another mechanic who told then told they were done doing inspections. We used to have oil done for both our cars at this location. Never again.

Would have given a five-star rating if it wasn't due to the multiple attempts to get an inspection and to be told multiple times that the guy who gives the inspection isn't there. I use your establishment because it's very close to my home and being told on a daily basis the guy is never in for the last 2 years when I need an inspection the guys never available and I'm forced to go elsewhere.
